I am attorney John Daniels. I established Willeke & Daniels in 1981 after recognizing an unmet need in Minnesota’s legal community. Namely, as they entered into divorce proceedings, many individuals wanted a lawyer experienced in both business law and family law. This was a reasonable desire—these individuals wanted only to make sure that their personal relationships and their professional considerations were protected equally during the divorce process. Yet at the time, few law practices existed that could satisfy these aims.
In decades since, I have helped many clients resolve disputes stemming from family law, business law and the intersection where the two fields meet. I work closely with the individuals I represent, taking care to understand their priorities and their goals. By developing relationships with my clients, I am better able to devise legal solutions appropriately suited to their individual situations.
